1. Subject

These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions that govern the provision by CLOUDTENDENCY, LDA , headquartered in Alameda Roentgen, 7D, Lisbon, Portugal, with the fiscal number of 513072519, then called Bestcraft, the bestcraft.pt online store service, hereinafter "Service".

CLOUDTENDENCY, LDA is the sole legal owner of Bestcraft ^® brand.

2. Conditions of website use

The Customer / User agrees to comply with all laws applicable to the use of the Service, including non-practicing or promoting the practice of illegal or offensive acts of decency.

The User, under Law and these Terms, undertakes not to use, in any form, the Service, including but not limited to the following purposes:

(i) Provide, post, transmit any content that is unlawful in particular, defamatory, invasive of privacy of third parties, that harms minors , interdicted or incapacitated people;

(ii) Represent or falsely impersonate a natural or legal person,

(iii) Provide, transmit, send, negligently or culpably any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs whose purpose is to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or electronic system (hardware and software) or telecommunications equipment,

(iv) Collect, store or provide personal information about other Users in any format.

The User also undertakes not to permit the use of the Service in direct or indirect benefit of third parties without the prior written consent of Bestcraft.

The User agrees to provide true, concrete and updated information about his/her personal data requested in the course of using the Service. If the User makes available misinformation, outdated, incomplete or false, Bestcraft has the right to:

(i) Block, suspend or terminate User access to the Service;

(ii) Inhibit the User from accessing to any services offered by Bestcraft

The User undertakes to use the Service in a responsible and careful way.

To carry out orders in Bestcraft, the User must be properly registered on the site. For this, you can access "Register" option in tab "Login"in the upper right corner of the site.

3. Products and Services

Many products marketed by Bestcraft are manufactured and essentially constitute crafts, so there may be differences between units of the same product. For this reason, there may be some dissimilarities between the pictures shown and the actual product sold.

In the description text that accompanies each product, the characteristics of the materials that make up the product are indicated.

4. Ordering on Bestcraft

To make a purchase on bestcraft.pt site you must proceed as follows:

(i) Next the image of each item you wish to purchase: Select the number of units, options (e.g. color), if available, and press the "Buy now!" button. On the product pages for more information about a product, you must click on the left mouse button over the image of the product. You are then redirected to a page with detailed product information, including a larger picture, with the possibility of accessing other product images, when available. On this page you can also trigger the "Buy now!" button.

(ii) Following the link "Show Cart", in the upper right corner of the site, you are directed to the "Cart" page. On this page you can enter a discount code if applicable. You can even check out what products are in your cart and perform the following actions: "change" the selected quantity of a given product, "remove" an item from cart, and "order" the products that are in the cart.

(iii) Before pressing the "Check Out Now" button, you should be "logged in", or if you are not yet registered on the site you must create an account. Then, on this page you can confirm your personal data both for billing and shipment purposes. Next, you should select a payment method between "Paypal" or "Wire Transfer" (Bank Transfer).

(iv) Read the "Terms of Service" following the link, and tick the box if you agree with it. After pressing the "Check Out Now" button, your order will be registered in the site.

(v) In case the payment that has been selected it is PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal secure transaction site and all data related to credit cards will be processed on this site and will not go through bestcraft.pt

5. Prices

For users located in countries belonging to the European Union, all prices are in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal. For users outside the European Union, all prices are in Euros without VAT.

The total order price includes the cost of shipping and delivery at the address indicated by the User. Accessing the "Show Cart" page, the individual price of each product, the total price per item, the price of the postage costs and the total price of your order are shown.

Additional specific country taxes, if applicable, must be payed by the Customer locally.

6. Billing and payment methods

Two methods of payment are available:

(i) Via PayPal
If during the order process you select the mode of payment PayPal your browser will be redirected to the PayPal site and all information provided on your credit card is restricted to this site, not being sent any information in this regard to bestcraft.pt site.

The PayPal site supports trusted and secure transactions.

(ii) Via Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)
If during the order process you select the mode of payment Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer),  the necessary elements to perform this transfer will be presented. In addition, you will receive an email with all the details of your order and instructions for payment by wire transfer.

The faster you process your wire transfer (bank transfer), the sooner you receive your order at the indicated address. If after 15 days we do not receive your bank transfer, we will assume that your order has been canceled.

7. Product shipping and delivery

Once we have received your payment, either via PayPal or by wire transfer (bank transfer), we will send the ordered products to the address indicated on your order record. You should receive your products within 10 business days after we have received your payment.

In case you do not receive your ordered products within 20 business days after the actual payment, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. communicating the situation and not forgetting to enter the "Order Number" of your order. Claims for non-receipt of orders must be made within 30 days after payment.

8. Cancellation of orders

You may exceptionally cancel an order by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., with the subject "Order Cancellation Order Number: xxxxxxx " specifying in the body of the email again the Order Number of your order and the reason that led to its cancellation. Note that it is very important to indicate the number of your order that is represented by the "Order Number" on the last page following "Check Out Now" button being pressed. Also, in the email you will receive confirming your order you can find the same Order Number.

9. Returns - free resolution

You have the right of withdrawal of any order made, which shall be exercised via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by letter addressed to the Bestcraft address sated in paragraph 1, within 14 days from the date of receiving the products ordered.

You should return to Bestcraft the complete package, containing all the components of the product, in excellent condition, together with a written clear indication of the Order Number, your name and contacts as recorded on the site bestcraft.pt. In case of Return and Refund you must also add your bank account details.

After receiving the returned order, Bestcraft will reimburse you for the price of the goods purchased, leaving to you the shipping costs of returning the parcel to Bestcraft.

In the absence of any component of the product sold or if any of them are not in excellent condition there will not be any refund.

In case of changing the order, Bestcraft is committed to carry it out within 30 days after receiving the changing order. New shipping costs must be paid by the User.

10. Privacy of personal data

Personal data identified in the order form as required are essential to provide the Service by Bestcraft. Omission or inaccuracy of the data provided are your sole liability and may give rise to the refusal to provide the Service by Bestcraft.

In order to accomplish your order, some personal data, including name, address and telephone or cell phone, will be communicated to the bestcraft.pt partner company responsible for delivering the packages.

Your personal data will be processed and stored and are intended to be used by Bestcraft under contractual relationship and / or business with you, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Intellectual property

Bestcraft is the exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights for all content presented in www.bestcraft.pt. No order can be interpreted as operating a transfer of any ownership rights over the rights of intellectual and industrial property for purchasers, users or any third party.

13. Validity of these Terms and Conditions

Bestcraft may change the Service and / or the conditions of supply of the Service, and their usage rules. The version currently in force of the Terms and General Conditions is available on the site.

By purchasing a product or service marketed and / or advertised by Bestcraft, purchasers, users and, in general, all Bestcraft customers explicitly declare that these Terms and Conditions have been adequately communicated, that have taken perfect and thorough knowledge and have fully understood all its contents, conditions and implications, even declaring to accept, without reservation, these Terms and Conditions in full.

Should any provision of these "Terms and Conditions", even in part, were to be declared invalid, this will not result in the invalidity of the remaining terms and provisions set forth herein, so as not affect its validity as a whole, moreover, purchasers, users and, in general, all Bestcraft customers expressly committed not to invoke this against any invalidity that may be declared (including legal proceedings).

In case of doubt or disagreement on the English version of the "Terms and Conditions" the Portuguese one must be applied.

14. Applicable Law

All issues arising from the sale and advertising of products on bestcraft.pt are ruled by Portuguese law.
